2. Graphite India Q4 results: Net profit down 94% at Rs 25 crore
Graphite India Ltd on Tuesday reported a 94.14 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 25 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2020, impacted by COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent disruptions in the market.
3. NTPC to give Rs 1,363 crore rebate on fixed charges to discoms
The NTPC board has also approved deferring the collection of Rs 2,064 crore fixed charges from discoms till the end of lockdown, imposed to contain the coronavirus pandemic.
NTPC will give Rs 1,363 crore discount to distribution companies (discom) on fixed or capacity charges during the lockdown period this fiscal, the state-run company said.

5. Bharti Airtel buys out NTT DoCoMo's 6.3% stake in Robi Axiata in all-cash deal
Bharti International (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a wholly owned arm of Bharti Airtel, has acquired Japanese telco, NTT DoCoMo’s 6.3% stake in Robi Axiata for an undisclosed sum in an all-cash deal, increasing its stake in Bangladesh’s second-largest mobile carrier to 31.3%
6. Dhanuka Agritech, Dwarikesh Sugar jump 9-10% on strong Q4 numbers
Shares of Dhanuka Agritech and Dwarikesh Sugar touched their respective 52-week high and were locked at 10 percent upper circuit respectively on June 10 after the companies posted strong numbers for the quarter ended March 2020.
