Rahul Kapur began his career at the New Delhi office of Arthur Andersen in 2000, post which, he worked with Ernst & Young before joining Grant Thornton in 2004. A year on, Rahul Kapur was seconded to the New York office of Grant Thornton, where he worked on several engagements with Wall Street clients, helping them improve their business processes.

In India, Rahul Kapur spearheads the management consulting practice of Grant Thornton. In addition to India, he services clients across geographies including Africa, Middle-East, North America and the UK.

Rahul Kapur successfully assisted companies implement various strategic interventions to enable them grow and manage their operations efficiently. 

Rahul Kapur also works closely with private equity firms by assisting them evaluate their potential investments by conducting commercial due diligences.

Rahul Kapur has now also been recognised as one of the most influential leaders in the world of consulting by CEO Today. The only Indian on the list alongside Sri Manchala, the CEO of Trianz, Rahul Kapur is a qualified chartered accountant and management consultant with two decades of experience under his belt.
