1. Vodaone Idea gains 10% on reports of capital infusion
Shares of Vodafone Idea jumped nearly 10 per cent in Thursday’s early trade after ET reported that Vodafone Group Plc (parent company) is likely to infuse fresh capital into the domestic telecom player to deal with operational requirements, including settling adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues and taking on deep-pocketed rivals.
2. Real estate sentiment hits all-time low in March quarter
More than 60 per cent of the stakeholders (developers and lenders) have opined that the current situation will affect residential launches, sales and prices in the next six months. The residential sector, which already had concerns of weak demand, will find it difficult to launch new projects.
3. Reliance Industries Raises Rs 8,500 Crore In Bonds But Rates Rise
Reliance Industries Ltd. raised Rs 8,500 crore in three-year bonds, just short of its target of raising Rs 9,000 crore. Majority of the bonds were subscribed to by large banks, including State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and HDFC Bank.

Netflix’s stock surged to an all-time high yesterday, putting the streaming service’s market capitalization at $187.3 billion. Disney’s market cap, meanwhile, has plummeted in the last two months as the coronavirus pandemic ravages its movies and parks businesses.
5. Dr Reddy's Lab Not Producing Antiviral Drug Remdesivir Amid Coronavirus, Says MD
Prasad said that Dr Reddy’s is producing the anti-malarial drug Hydroxychloroquine for the United States and that their facilities US were fully operational.
“We have not commenced manufacturing of hydroxychloroquine in India but we are producing it in the US. There is some shortage of raw materials for making HCQ but there is no scarcity of the drug in India,” Prasad told.
